Sweet Sixteen!

So my birthday is coming up around the corner, and I am turning 16!
Basically I have very little time to think of something to do.
I am tired of the house parties, last years was a disaster and I was really bored.
I don't want to go to just dinner at a restaurant because that will be like 2 hours and it is over.
SO my dad said I have about a week to decide on something to and I am stuck!
Please help me!
any ideas are welcome, because they can trigger other ideas.
My birthday is March 4th.
So please let me know as soon as possible!
